The Apple Pencil on iPad tends to work well. Not in the Sketch function, but directly in the note. As you’re writing, it changes your scribbles to text.
Incidentally, as per our conversation at the weekend, Jon, I transcribed an 80MB audio file from a long meeting yesterday. It took a while, but the result was almost perfect. It also seemed to insert paragraphs at pauses so you could differentiate between people speaking. I’ll be using that more.

Nice. I heard someone mention a few months ago that it produced a numbered list from a spoken numbered list but not tried it out.
