AMA 6: User interface customisation and doom & gloom mongers

This week on Ask Me Anything about Evernote we have questions from Carl and Mark.

Carl asks:

Will we ever be able to customise the user interface in Evernote. I'd like to be able to remove the buttons and items I don't use like tasks and calendar. I don't use AI search ort AI Edit and would like to remove these.

Mark asks:

I’m a happy Evernote user, and continue to find more and better ways to use the product, but I can’t help but be demoralized by the constant drum beat of gloom and doom prophecies. I’d like to ignore them and get on with my work, but it’s hard to concentrate sometimes when my mind turns to thoughts of how I’d respond if I woke up one morning and Evernote had simply vanished. I’m sure I’m not the only person who feels that way.
