This looks like it will be real useful. I regularly grab web clips, so turning them into mote usable formatted notes is a definite plus!

Hope to see more use cases like this for the AI Assistant.

Really useful. Some web clips can look a right mess.

If you work out a nice prompt save it in the library and reuse when you want.

Just tried this and love it! My use case is to clean up clips of recipes, of which I am a voracious collector. I asked it to extract the recipe and add any important comments from the author, and to add the clip link "note information." Then I can delete the clip itself if I don't need it.

Here is the exact prompt:

"In the open note I'd like you to review the web clip, extract the full recipe and then in a bullet list add any important additional information the author provides about the recipe. Then, add the Original recipe link to the end of the note."

This will save me a LOT of time.

Brilliant. Add the prompt to the AI library and it should speed things up even more.

Cool... I don't do a lot of web clips but I do forward a LOT of email which can look as bad as web clips.

I'm going to try this with emails.

Good idea. Might try that myself as a lot of the emails I forward are full of signature rubbish.

It kind of works, but now I'm trying to isolate any edits to only the html portion of any email and any social media mumbo jumbo

Here is what AI came up with,

"Clean up the html portion of this note by converting the HTML into clear plain text. Preserve all meaningful content, including dates, names, project details, filenames, status updates, and action items. Remove email-layout clutter, excessive spacing, decorative signature formatting, logos, images, and all social-media references, links, and icons. Keep the original language of the content and organize the result into readable paragraphs."

Now to test it.

It's going to need some tweaking

Once you've got it save it in the AI prompt library. Just a couple of clicks to use it again.
