This is an interesting topic. Thanks for the info and suggestions, Jon. I'll have to find some time to

experiment and think about what use cases I would find helpful.

Hi Jon,

I've begun experimenting the other way... export a noteBOOK using the pdf option and input the resulting pdfs to NotebookLM or Microsoft Copilot's similar Notebook AI utility. That then allows me use AI to find, analyze, summarize, etc., the information I have in that Notebook. So, it's very interesting to learn that ChatGPT can potentially format my results as an ENEX file that I can than send back into Evernote. BTW, the paid level of Chat GPT 5.0 is included in a CoPilot subscription which I have, because I need to be in the Microsoft world for my semi-retired professional activities because my consulting clients all use Microsoft. So, readers who pay for Microsoft CoPilot AI already have access to 5.0.

That's a good idea. Nice to know version 5 is available on copilot. I really hope we'll be able to do this inside Evernote at some point. Hope you're well Vinnie.

This is great! And it would be even better with MCP support from Evernote, so that the AI could both write and do lookups. I would love to use Evernote notes as context.

I still use ChatGPT to summarise meeting notes that Evernote transcribes, only because it does a better job than Evernote’s own AI offering. This ENEX file creation may bring a new dimension to my use of both applications.

Do you copy and paste? If it was a BIG note you might be able to export as ENEX, attach to ChatGPT and get it to do stuff.

Oh, that's an option, yes. I usually do copy and paste.
