Played around with toggles for a bit and they could be useful indeed. First thing I noticed was that everything (text, images) gets indented. Which is different compared to the toggles for the header. Not sure why this should be different as it changes the layout of the note and adds unnecessary margin in my opinion.
After adding an image to a toggled text and resizing, the image starts flickering and EN gets all sort of issues.. maybe a bug?
A last thing is about applying the toggle to already existing text. The default behavior seems a bit weird to me. It leave a blank space on the line of the toggle and it seems impossible to add any text on this first line. When you toggle the text and close it, I don't see anything. I think it's more useful to have the first line of the text visible of the toggled text.
update on last comment. I can type some the text on the newly added line.. but can't move the first line of the original text on this first line by using back space. Copy paste works, but this is not optimal in my experience when applying toggles to existing text.
Very nice. New topic - color coding of tabs. Has there been much/any noise in the user community about that? Have you noticed the masses clamoring for that, at all? And alternatively has EN given <any> indication that tabs colors are on their radar? It should be if it's not. Hoping so!

You can move the floating TOC to the left, right or switch it off. In settings. All the features are available on the free plan and Starter, the restrictions are note/notebook/device based.

I’ll pass the feedback on. I think they maybe tweaking things as a couple of folk mentioning that the working on them is a little strange.
