I know this is an old post, but I would definitely be in favor of being able to reorder the sidebar. I wanted to do that today, and went looking to see if possible and thought if anyone would know it would be you.
Agree. Would like to see this. You can reorder the list of shortcuts but that's about it. I hopefull it will arrive one day as a lot of folk have asked.
