New Evernote shortcut alert. Hit Ctrl or Cmd plus Alt and the arrow keys to flip from the three-pane setup to editor-only focus in seconds.

I was skeptical as well when I read this post about the ctl - alt - >, but, i tried it and i LOVE it!
