You can use the attach feature to attach an Excel spreadsheet (or a Word document containing a table) to a Note, or use the Google Drive feature and link to a Google Sheets or Google Docs file. Presumably, the location where the attached file (MS or Google) is stored will govern the ability of any collaborators to see any updates to the fil;e?
