I’m having trouble with web clipper and the help desk has not responded. I’ve sent the activity logs, etc. as requested. I’m so frustrated that I can’t use web clipper from any device, since that’s how I mainly use Evernote. Can anyone help me? (I have uninstalled the extension, reinstalled, signed out of Google, cleared cache, all the advice. Nothing works.) Thanks, and sorry to be off-topic…
Have you tried disabling all other extensions? On occasion I've found that one extension can interfere with another (in passing, Extensity is useful for managing extensions). You didn't mention it but guess you have tried with a different browser also?
There was a bug a few weeks ago where some folk had to log out of the clipper itself and then log back in again. When you launch the clipper down the bottom there should be a setting cog, click this and log out then log back in.
