A huge thank you to all paid subscribers and many thanks also to those who bought me a coffee. Taming the Trunk is 100% reader supported, no ads or commission links and your support is really appreciated.
I created an extremely capable CRM, which enabled me to eliminate the need for a dedicated CRM. The dedicated CRM was not nearly as functional and more expensive than my Evernote/Kanbanote system.
Lots of linked notes, and I "Add Note" to my synced Google calendar event on the Home page. The Note and the calendar event have the same title. It's based on projects and I link customer information - which link from a Notebook called "Contacts".
A project starts with a template, tags, and a Contact(s) link then moves through a work flow series of Notebooks in Spaces and I add information as it moves forward; calendar date(s), check lists, duplicating and merging information.
I went from being all about tags to needing to structure it around Notebooks in order to use Spaces and Kanbanote.

Very nice. Are you using linked notes much, mainly tags or lots of notebooks?
