Another caveat if I may...
If you use internal note links between notes, the linked notes have to be in the same notebook for the links to continue working in other apps.
Otherwise, the links will be to "evernote...."
Yes. Absolutely. Table of contents doesn't come with the export either but any other tool should be able to recreate it using the headers.
