I use Evernote Tasks to help the formation of a daily habit. A simple daily recurring Task is all it takes. I already have an important habit of viewing my Evernote Task list at least every morning with the “Today” sort selected.
If a habit needs to be tracked I will create this recurring task where I make a reverse chronological bullet list of little daily notes as a kind of log. I have quite a few of these types of habits/notes so I tag them all “Log/Stack”.
If a habit daily Task does not require a daily note then I include “ - No Log” in the wording of the task, and simply create the task in the default task note.

Thanks John. Good info. Building a habit to look at the task page has been important for my little system. Thanks for posting.
