Yes, ToC creation in the mobile app only appeared for me this week when my Samsung Android phone got updated to v10.88.0. I had already experimented with the ToC on the desktop version.

Unless I’m mistaken, the TOC feature had been available a while ago. I remember playing with it before. Are you sure this is a new feature?
