A huge thank you to Cop Wind and Tom who became paid subscribers over the last week and many thanks also to those who bought me a coffee. Taming the Trunk is 100% reader supported, no ads or commission links and your support is really appreciated.
In your new screen shot above, it looks like you keep Tasks open on the left, with a daily note and notes you’re working on as separate tabs at the top, is this correct?
That's it. Tasks far left so I know where they are, then its usually either a daily note or my training jobs note, depends on what kind of day I'm having. If I'm working on a big job from the office I might pin some project notes there as well but tend to keep those open as normal tabs.
Good question. I don't think they do. Mine are the same on Mac and PC but I think that's because I set them like this. I'd quite like to sync a few settings and things like tabs etc.
When will the 2027 version of the Calender, both beginning with Sunday & Monday, be released so we can plan ahead? Thank you for all you do for the Evernote community.
Talking about Calendars, do you know by any chance if BendingSpoons is still considering to add support for Apples’ iCalendars—one of the most requested features in past years?
I think there’s a plan to rebuild the whole calendar code and get it working properly with Outlook and also with Apple as well. No idea when but I’ll try and find out.
That sure will make it easier to keep track of appts & events already made for next year. Even better, giving us 2 yrs at a time. Would you consider putting the abbreviation for each day next to the date, e.g. “7 Thu”? This would make it so much easier when viewing the Calendar on cell phones, since you can’t view the whole week at once. I don’t know of any other Calendar app that lets you just fill in what you want without adhering to the time of day (Do you?), so thank you so much for doing this for us. Just wondering if you are considering adding a “Repeat” feature that fills in birthdays, etc. The old Sharp Zaurus PDA ZR5700 & ZR5800 had an EXCELLENT system for this. You would love it.

Do pinned tabs follow your accounts or are they tied to the device? For example, if I pin some tabs on my Mac, will they be pinned on my PC?

Thanks. I'll put it on the list and get it sorted soon.

I'll see if I can get it to do that. Have you tried creating an all day event in te Evernote calendar? Not the connected Google or Outlook one.
