This is very helpful. I have reached a point where I need some sort of contact management system and prefer to keep my workflows in one platform. I am interested to know if your CRM has evolved since this article. In particular, have you incorporated Spaces in your CRM structure? Spaces instead of Stacks?

Its not evolved a huge amount apart from using a space for a couple of large client where there are multiple projects and notebooks. I've found this useful.

I also use a space for the training work I do where I can see notebooks to do with my private and agency work all at the same time. This used to be separate stacks before but now in one place.

I'm also using contact notes now as well but not for everyone, just for key people I deal with. I wrote about this a few weeks ago and I'm finding it useful.

I noted your use of emojis for Notebook names and so I gave it a try but found that it messes with the sorting, which is kind of unsurprising. How do you deal with that?

Yes it does and I don't deal! I just get used to the made up order and spot notebooks visually by stack and notebook. Spoons asked for feedback the other week about how to improve notebooks and me and a bunch of others suggested drag and drop reordering, was a popular request so I keep my fingers crossed!

Yes drag and drop would be a great improvement

I hear what you’re saying about next steps in event management- but without Exchange support, it’s no use to me for work, unfortunately. Personally, I’d like to see a wider selection of file types that can be previewed. Enjoy the weekend!

Just asked the question and Exchange should work but you need the administrator to setup permissions to allow it.
